Any information you send to us that is used in the process of billing for products you’re purchasing from us, is sent via SSL encryption to our Credit Card Processor. The Ice Cream Club doesn’t store any customer credit card data on our servers and that information is only used by our processors and no one else. Our processors maintain their own Internet Security and Web based security and meet the rigid standards set by the financial industry. We don’t publish information about our credit card processors, however if you have any questions regarding our security or that of our financial credit card processors, please contact us as security@icecreamclub.com.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

As set forth in our privacy policy, and in compliance with United States law, The Ice Cream Club cooperates with United States law enforcement when it receives valid legal process, which may require The Ice Cream Club to provide information about our customers.

I think I've found a security exploit. Where do I report security concerns?

We take a number of measures to ensure that all data you transmit on The Ice Cream Club website is safe and secure. While we're very confident in our technology, we recognize that no system can guarantee data security with 100% certainty. For that reason, we will continue to innovate to make sure that our security measures are state of the art, and we will investigate any and all reported security issues concerning The Ice Cream Club's services or software.
